The Root Chakra is located at the base of your spine. The color associated with the root chakra is red. The root chakra is responsible for your sense of security and stability. This chakra helps you to feel grounded and to withstand everyday life challenges.

Sacral Chakra

The Sacral Chakra is located just below the belly button. The color associated with the sacral chakra is orange. This chakra is responsible for your sexual and creative energy. The sacral chakra is connected to how you relate to our emotions as well as the emotions of others.

Solar Plexus Chakra

The Solar Plexus Chakra is located in your stomach area. The color associated with the solar plexus chakra is yellow. The solar plexus is responsible for confidence and self-esteem.

Heart Chakra

The Heart Chakra is located near your heart, in the center of your chest. The color associated with the heart chakra is green. The heart chakra is all about our ability to love and show compassion.

Throat Chakra

Third Eye Chakra

Crown Chakra
